*The price includes the preparation of documentation and notification of changes to the relevant offices. The price does not include the share capital and applies to companies registered within 3 months before submitting the offer.

**The fees include the cost of changes to the National Court Register and the fee for an announcement in the MSIG submitted via eKRS. In the case of purchasing a company with signatures certified by a notary, notary costs should be added. The fees do not include PCC in the amount of 1% of the sale price.

Our shelf companies have never operated and have no liabilities, which we guarantee in a notarized contract of sale.
We have companies registered between 2021 and 2022 however none of them have been in business.

Yes, it is possible to buy a ready-made company remotely in two ways:

  1. The fastest way of concluding the contract of sale of the ready-made company is online remote connection with our advisor and notification of changes in the S24 system. This form of purchase is possible only for Polish residents and foreigners with a PESEL number.
  2. You can sign the contract of sale of the ready-made company at your notary and send it to us for signature. After concluding the contract you will send us the documents prepared by us and signed by the new management board by post or courier.
