Which is better: registering a new company or buying a ready-made one?

Registering a new company is above all cheaper than buying a ready-made one. However, the registration process (especially if you need confirmation of VAT registration) takes much longer than buying a ready-made company. Ready-made companies may be new, but they may also have been registered several months or years earlier without conducting any business in the meantime. Such an older company is more credible for financial institutions and clients. The final choice is yours.

Can a company be registered or a ready-made company be bought remotely?

Yes, the registration or sale of a company can be carried out remotely via the Ministry of Justice S24 portal. To use this option, you need an ePUAP trusted profile and an account on the S24 platform.
