What does the price of accounting services depend on?

The final price of accounting services depends above all on the workload and the qualifications needed to handle the company’s accounting and HR. It is affected by the number of accounting documents, the industry, the number of employees, the language of service and the company’s specific reporting requirements.

Do I have to declare the number of documents to be booked up front?

No, the prices in the contract are set in tiers and adjusted every month to the scale of your business.

What if I have an audit from the Tax Office or the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS)?

The accountant will prepare the documents required by the office and arrange a meeting with the official to carry out the audit.

Do you have liability insurance against accounting errors?

Yes, we have liability insurance for the amount of PLN 1 million. Most accounting offices only have liability insurance for the minimum obligatory amount of EUR 10,000, which may not be sufficient.

I am just planning to start a business. Do you help with registration and what does it involve?

Yes, we help with company registration. The process looks as follows:

1. We interview the client to understand their needs.

2. We advise on the appropriate legal form and form of taxation, taking into account possible social security (ZUS) and tax optimisation as well as the client’s plans.

3. We prepare the necessary forms, arrange a notary if required and represent the client before public offices. The client only has to sign the documents we prepare. The company can also be registered electronically. In that case, during a single meeting or remote call, our advisor fills in the registration applications online with the client, then monitors the registration process and informs the client once the registration is complete.
