How do I check the availability of conference rooms?

How do I book a conference room?

You can make a reservation by phone, e-mail or by filling in the contact form.

Is coffee catering charged additionally?

No, the room rental price includes coffee, tea, water, shortbread cookies and guest service.

At what hours can the room be rented?

Conference rooms are available during office hours, i.e. Monday – Friday 10:00-18:00

Under what conditions can I cancel my reservation?

A conference room reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled meeting. After that time, the client will be charged according to the room rental price list. Any cancellation should be confirmed by e-mail.

How are the fees calculated?

A fee is charged for the time of the reservation and for each additional 30 minutes of room use that begins.

How and when should payment be made?

Regular clients who have signed agreements with us (e.g. for a virtual office) can pay for the rooms used in arrears, up to the 7th day after the end of the month in which the room was rented. Clients who do not have an agreement with us are required to prepay by bank transfer or in cash before the meeting.
