I don't have a business yet. Can I sign a contract?

If your company is not yet registered in the relevant register, the procedure for establishing cooperation is as follows:

Fill out a contract form and pay for a virtual office to use our address when registering your business.
File a registration application in the CEIDG or KRS (National Court Register) using our address as the registered office.
Log in at https://panel.goldplace.eu/login providing your email address and one-time password and complete the form (in the case of companies – e.g. by adding a memorandum of association with a resolution containing the data of persons representing the company). In the last step of the form sign the agreement. Important! Do not delay completing the form because only after concluding the agreement we will be entitled to receive your parcels e.g. from CEIDG / KRS / Tax Office.

You will be able to deduct the virtual office invoice as an expense even if it is issued before the company registration date.

Doesn't the Tax Office make a problem out of having my business based in a virtual office?

In most cases, the Tax Office itself contacts us to confirm the right to the premises (the fact of concluding a lease agreement) during verification activities when registering a company for VAT. In 99% of cases after such verification, the Tax Office registers the company for VAT / VAT-EU. In individual cases, when the PKD of a company shows that it conducts activity for which office space may be insufficient, the Tax Office asks for additional explanations, e.g. where the production or warehouse hall and other technical facilities required for the business are located (or why they are not needed at the current stage). The same explanations would be necessary when registering a company e.g. in an apartment. In over a dozen years of our activity, none of our more than 5,000 clients has been refused VAT / VAT-EU registration because of the registered office in our building.
